How to Book a Room
Book through our website to find the best room rates and latest availability.
To book more than one room on our website, complete booking for one room first, and then book the second room.

We do not require deposits to book through our website. Please pay at check-in. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, JCB and MPU.
We always offer the best rates for groups and long stays (28 days or more).
Currently, we don't offer gift vouchers for a stay at Winner Inn. However, it is possible to give someone a stay.
Simply book directly via our website or through email with their name, email, phone number and special requests.
How to Book a Room Online
Step 1: Click on "Book Now".
Step 2: Put in your check-in, check-out dates, the number of adults, and click "Search". You can only book 1 room (max 3 adults) at a time.
For example, if you have 6 guests and you want 2 rooms with 3 adults each, complete booking for 1 room first (steps 2 to 6). Then, make a new booking again for your second room (steps 2 to 6).
Step 3: Scroll through the list to find the room you want and click "Reserve".
Step 4: Put in your guest details and click "Continue to Check Out". We won't ask for your credit card information.
Step 5: Click "Complete Checkout".
Step 6: You will see confirmation that "Your Room is Booked".
Step 7: You will also receive an email confirmation. Please check the spam folder if you can't find it in your email inbox.
When booking via our website you will see a confirmation on the screen as soon as the booking process is complete. Within 10 minutes, you will also receive an email confirmation, to the email address you provided while making the booking. Make sure to check the spam box if the confirmation hasn't arrived.

Change of plans? Change of mind? Change of place? You can modify your booking by emailing us at: email@example.com
When you have made the booking via a channel other than our website (for example, booking.com, Expedia, a travel agent), you will need to contact the booking channel to make changes to your reservation.
Please note, you cannot cancel a non-refundable booking or modify a non-refundable booking to another date free of charge.
Prices are reflected per room, not by person, so there is no surcharge for the second person in twin and queen guest rooms.
You can easily change the occupancy of the room at check-in. You can ask our Receptionists to arrange for extra bed for a surcharge.
Not able to make it this time? If you booked through this website or email, you can cancel by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Once your cancellation is confirmed, our Receptionists will send you a confirmation email.
Bookings made via channels other than our website (for example, booking.com, Expedia, a travel agent, etc) need to be cancelled with the channel itself.
Please check your original confirmation email how to reach their customer service departments. Non-Refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or modified.
When checking out at the hotel, our Receptionists will hand you your invoice.
You can split your invoice (for example, to separate your business and private expenses) only before you check out. It is not possible after check out. Our Receptionists will help with this, just let them know at check in.
Pay for Room
If you are in need of an invoice before the stay to take over the costs for your guest, please note we cannot send an invoice in advance, or accept third-party payments.
