Winner Inn House Rules
“Arr lone, mingalabar.” We welcome everybody but here’s what we expect at Winner Inn.
No Smoking
Winner Inn is a smoke-free zone, this includes all kinds of cigarettes, even the electronic ones. All our rooms are also non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside of the hotel. A fine applies for not respecting this policy.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at Winner Inn.
Front door closing time
The front doors are open up to 11.00 PM. After this you may knock on the front door for the receptionist to open for you. If you are checking in after this time, please let us know via e-mail.
Age limit
Travelling on your own? We’d like to hear about your adventures! But please make sure you are 18 years or older if you are travelling solo without a legal adult.
Parking at Winner Inn
At Winner Inn, we offer free guest car parking in our hotel compound. We have 10 spaces for our hotel guests, free of charge, available on first-come-first-served basis. Parking cannot be prebooked.
Children
We welcome people of all ages! If you have one child under the age of 10, they may sleep in the bed with you. If your child is over 10 years old, you will need an extra bed or book an additional room. When booking multiple rooms on our website, you can add a request in the comments section for the rooms to be placed next to each other.

Ironing facilities
If you want a steaming iron and an ironing board, please ask our Receptionists.
Dry cleaning and laundry
We have an in-house laundry service to wash, dry and press your clothes for you. Although we do not offer dry cleaning service at the hotel, we have a dedicated company who can help arrange this for you. Please ask our Receptionists for more details.

We offer cardio and weight training facilities at Winner Inn. You can rent yoga mats as well.

Unlimited free Wi-Fi is available to all our guests, in every corner of the hotel and in every room. Enjoy!
Limousine service
We can take you around Yangon or for day trips outside of Yangon. For longer trips, we can help arrange them for you too.
Babysitter
We can provide local babysitter information if you wish. Please ask our Receptionists.
Currency exchange
You can exchange US Dollars easily at Winner Inn. But we are also lucky to have several banks as our neighbours: AYA Bank, MAB Bank, KBZ Bank and AGD Bank. Our Receptionists will be happy to give you more details.
Lost and Found
Did you forget something in the room? Your favourite book, a phone or your lucky charm?
To contact us for help with a lost item, please email reservation@winnerinnmyanmar.com.
We keep lost items for a maximum of 3 months. If you haven’t realised you’re missing your item by then, you probably won’t need it and we will donate it to a good cause.
Delivery to Winner Inn
Do you want to have something delivered to you during your stay at Winner Inn, or arrange delivery to a guest staying with us? We accept deliveries under special conditions:
Please make sure the name on the package matches the name on the booking. Kindly let us know in advance by email or phone if you are expecting a delivery, so we can anticipate it and keep your item safe. We only accept deliveries on the day of your arrival or during your stay.
For safety reasons, the hotel will not accept any packages or letters before check-in or after check-out. Any packages or letters received outside of this timeframe will be returned.
The hotel cannot be held responsible for tracking returned items, packages or letters. Once they leave our premises, they are back in the care of the delivery company. Tracking returned items can only be done by the guest.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods.
