U Thant is one of Myanmar's most respected international politicians. He was United Nations Secretary-General from 1961 to 1971. Built in 1921, U Thant’s home is now turned into a museum. You will learn about his life and legacy through photographs, audio-visual materials, souvenirs and a comprehensive timeline of this magnificent man’s work.
